The Eucharist
The celebration of Holy Eucharist is the central act of worship of the Catholic Church and is celebrated here daily. Here at St. Michael Parish, as in most Catholic churches, the Eucharist is placed in reserve in a very  prominent place. Pope John Paul II requested private as well as public prayers in the presence
of the Eucharist. This is encouraged at St. Michael's.
Our church is open Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. On Saturday, the hours are 7:00 AM until after 5:30 PM Mass. Sunday hours are 6:45AM until approximately 3:00 PM. Entrance to the Eucharistic Chapel can be made via the steps
on both sides of the altar platform. All are invited to come and pray, meditate and rest in the presence of the Eucharist, the Body and Blood of Jesus Christ.

St. Michael's Church is located in downtown Cranford, New Jersey, two block north of the Cranford train station at the intersection of Miln Street and Alden Street (40 Alden St).

Confirmation preparation begins in 7th grade and concludes with the reception of the Sacrament of Confirmation in the Fall of 9th Grade. |
| Marriage |
In accord with
the common policy of the Bishops of New Jersey, there is a one year
preparation program. Please contact the Parish Center. |
| Anointing
of the Sick |
HOMEBOUND: Please let us know of any parishioners unable to attend church, wishing to receive the Sacraments, Communion or Anointing of the Sick;
; HOSPITAL VISITATION: Present privacy regulations require the family to notify the parish of hospitalized parishioners. Please call the parish center to arrange a visit |
