Next Tuesday, December 8, is the the Feast of the Immaculate Conception. St. Michael's students will attend a liturgy that day honoring parents, guardians and teachers for their unceasing nurturing role in bringing up their children as God's children. The theme for the liturgy is "God prepared Mary to nurture and teach Jesus; and God prepared many women to nurture and teach our children."

For this liturgy, we are creating a multimedia presentation that will highlight the theme. To help us, we ask that you take the time to find a digital "mother and child (or children) photo and forward a copy to the school via email (saint.michael@verizon.net). Of course, sending in a photo on a disk will be fine, too.

The deadline for these "mother an child" family photos is Friday, December 4th, so please act promptly and get those picture in.

Thank you for your help with this and we encourage you all to join us at the liturgy on the 8th to celebrate Our Lady's feast.
