The following is the information concerning the H1N1 Program for SMS students:

The Township of Cranford has scheduled an H1N1 Vaccination Clinic for all priority target groups:

Saturday, November 21, 2009
11:00 A.M. To 4:00 P.M.
Orange Avenue School
901 Orange Avenue, Cranford

The New Jersey Department of Health & Senior Services has designated the priority target groups:

  • Pregnant women
  • All persons between 6 months to 24 years of age
  • Persons aged 25 years to 62 years of age with chronic health conditions
  • Licensed health care workers with direct patient contact
  • Caregivers for children younger than 6 months of age

VACCINE TO BE DISTRIBUTED: Inactivated Vaccine (“Swine Flu Shot”)

Only individuals who meet these
PRIORITY TARGET GROUPS
will be vaccinated.
