Dear Parents,

The 12th Annual St. Michael's School Goods and Services Auction, held in conjunction with Raphael's Life House, will be held on Saturday, February 6th, 2010 at the school. We invite everyone to attend this great night out.

The Auction is one of our school's biggest fundraisers. Last year, we raised over $15,000 for the school in one evening! It's time to get ready for this year's event. here's how:

Are you a season ticket holder for sporting events and can't possibly make it to every game? Why not donate a set of tickets. Do you have a vacation home? You can donate the use of your home for a weekend. Own your own company? Donate your services (and get some free advertising, too!). Items like these bring in high bids at the Auction. Please consider donations like these to make the Auction a continued success.

All school families are responsible for a minimum $25 Auction contribution; this is in addition to the School Fundraising Commitment. You may donate items for the Gift Baskets (themes are Baby Basket, Spa Basket, Cranford/Night on the-Town Basket, Sports Basket, Crafts Basket and Entertainment/Hi-Tech Basket) or items, goods or services for the Silent and Live Auctions.

You might want to consider combining your donation with a friend for a larger item for the gift baskets or Auction -- maybe an iPod or a game system. We're always looking for great, new ideas! Monetary donations are also fine. Donations due by Monday, February 1st.

Tickets for attending the auction are available now for $25 or at the door for $30. Half of the ticket sale price counts toward your $400 Fundraising Commitment.

50/50 raffle tickets are available for $10 each. The 50/50 will be drawn the night of the Auction. Winner does not need to be present to win.

To get tickets or raffles, use the flyer sent home or send a note into school with your name, phone number, your child's name and homeroom, the number of auction tickets, the number of 50/50 tickets along with payment. Auction tickets are $25 each and 50/50 raffle tickets are $10 each.
